Surgical Removal
MOLES
We recommend this procedure if the mole has a broad base. We also recommend this route if the mole is on a client's face. Depending on the size of the mole, it is highly likely that there will be minimal scarring. Although there is cutting of skin required for this procedure, proper aftercare will lead to the best results for you. All surgically removed moles are send for histopathology to rule out any abnormality .
SKIN TAGS
Skin tags usually happen when clusters of collagen and blood vessels become trapped inside thicker pieces of skin. As they are more common in skin creases or folds, they may be mainly caused by skin rubbing against skin. Surgical removal for skin tags is recommended if the skin tag is large.
WART REMOVAL
This procedure is recommended if there is a cluster of warts or the warts are old and deep. Plain and cauliflower warts can also be excised surgically, especially on plantar surface.

SEBORRHIC KERATOSIS / DPN
Er:YAG lasers can also be used for the ablation of keratoses, moles, DPN, and other pigmented lesions, enabling the removal of the epidermis and superficial dermis in a controlled and relatively bloodless manner. This route can take multiple treatments depending on the size. Everyone's skin is different. This is a noninvasive procedure. Because there is no cutting or burning of the skin, the risk of infection is significantly reduced.
Skin Tags/ Milia Removal with Laser
A milia is a small, white bump that typically appears on the nose and cheeks. These cysts are often found in groups.
Milia occur when keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of the skin.

Fotona laser skin tag removal is recommended for smaller skin tags.
